Review Your Order
This project was about finding the balance between what users might be interested in providing feedback about and what delivery.com found most valuable to learn from it’s users. We conducted various forms of user research before we landed on our three questions for the different verticals. We developed a series of surveys that helped us to formulate the questions. We learned from users that each vertical should have it’s own set of tailored questions, because there are different priorities and expectations based on the category of delivery.
This method has increased our users engagement for reviewing their orders which will help us to better understand their ordering habits and expectations. They also will eventually help users to set their expectations while choosing a merchant by reading other users reviews.
